When storing your MYLÉ device, your device should have a full charge, be disconnected from the outlet, and pods should be detached. Your MYLÉ Device should always be out of the reach of children and pets. Note: When storing your device, it is recommended to charge your MYLÉ device every few weeks.
It depends on the intensity of use, but usually, a fully charged battery will last for the entire whole day, or for the period of use of one pod. Put your MYLÉ device to recharge when it is not in use to keep it charged.
All MYLÉ Devices come with a Micro USB charging cable. It is recommended that you charge your device with the original Micro USB cable. While the battery is charging, a green LED light will turn on and blink indicating the battery is charging. When the battery is fully charged 3 green solid LED lights will be displayed.
Try a different power source. Clean the metal contact pins on the MYLÉ and on the charger with a dry cotton swab. Try to remove visible dirt on the contact pins with a toothpick or a dry, clean brush. If the problem remains, contact MYLÉ support.
Remove the MYLÉ pod and reinsert it into the device. If the problem remains, contact MYLÉ support.
MYLÉ products are safe to travel with. The proper travel care for your product is to detach the MYLÉ pod from your MYLÉ device, place the cap back on your pod, and store them away. Most airlines restrict the use of vape devices. We strongly recommend you to check with your airline carrier and reference the comprehensive list of items prohibited by the Transportation Security Authority. Note: Due to cabin air pressure Pods removed from their pill pack may slightly leak.
Make sure the charger is connected to the power source. Check the contacts of the MYLÉ and the charger. Try to clean the contacts on the MYLÉ device and charger devices with a dry or swab before contacting the MYLÉ support team. If the problem persists, contact MYLÉ support.
Plaque or moisture on the MYLÉ pod contacts or inside the device can affect the internal sensor and worsen the fixation of the pod in the device. Clean the slot of the device where the pods are inserted with the dry cotton swab. Clean the pod and the connector under it using an alcohol dampened cotton swab if dirt has accumulated on the contact pins. If the problem remains, contact MYLÉ support.

It is recommended to use the MYLÉ pod after purchase. The natural taste may become less expressed after one year. Store your MYLÉ pods closed in the original packaging in a room temperature dry place. When storing, MYLÉ pod should always be out of the reach of children and pets. Note: Once your MYLÉ pod is empty, we recommend you to recycle it in an appropriate container.
MYLÉ Pods holds approximately 240 puffs per pod.
Sometimes liquid may leak from the MYLÉ pod. Follow these tips for use to avoid leaking your MYLÉ pod. If your MYLÉ Pod is leaking, detach the pod, wipe off the liquid with a clean cloth swab or tissue, before continuing use. The reasons why liquid from the pod may enter the vape chamber: 1.Sharp, strong puffs. – Try to inhale more smoothly. 2.Pressure on the MYLÉ pod during inhaling. – Do not bite or squeeze the mouthpiece. 3.The pod was squeezed during installation in the device. – When you insert the pod, hold it by the side (narrow) limits. 4.Pods are stored in extreme heat. If your MYLÉ pod still leaks, please contact our support.

If MYLÉ pods are stored in high humidity conditions or exposed to sharp changes in atmospheric pressure, they can emit a small amount of condensation. If your MYLÉ pod is leaking, it is best to avoid direct contact with liquid. If it gets on your hands, wash them with soap and water. If your MYLÉ Pod is leaking, gently wipe off the liquid with a clean cloth swab or tissue. If the fluid continues to leak, contact MYLÉ support.

The aluminum body of the MYLÉ contains a battery, a printed circuit board, and a pressure sensor that is isolated from the liquid. The case of the MYLÉ pod is made of heat-resistant food-grade plastic, and the steam channel is made of stainless steel. The wick itself is made of silica thread that meets industry standards, and a spiral atomizer – from nichrome (Ni-80).
We recommend wiping the contact pins in the bottom of the pod, the mouthpiece, and inside the device where the pod is inserted with a dry cotton swab.
MYLÉ devices use a closed thermal control system, thus the required amount of thermal energy is always deliverable to the MYLÉ pod.
The liquid for our devices is only available in MYLÉ pods at this time.
MYLÉ Labs has developed its own liquids formula for electronic devices. The ingredients of the liquid include glycerin, propylene glycol, natural oils, extracts and flavors, nicotine, and benzoic acid. Glycerin and propylene glycol are liquids that retain moisture. They are widely used today in liquids for electronic cigarettes, as well as in many consumer goods. Nicotine content: in 0.9 ml of liquid contains 2% nicotine (about 20 mg, considering that 1 ml contains 50 mg).

MYLÉ is an easy to use device designed for adult smokers who want to stop smoking regular cigarettes. There is a battery in the body of the device, temperature controller, and charge level sensors. The atomizer is built into MYLÉ pods with liquid containing salt nicotine. The advantage of pre-filled pods is that each pod contains its own spiral coil and you don’t have to worry about atomizer service and product installation. MYLÉ can be charged using a micro-USB charger and it takes about 30 minutes to charge the battery for full.
It is recommended to do low puffs (MTL, or cigarette-type puffs). The device will emit the optimal amount of steam and allow you to feel enough nicotine strength. Sometimes, after installing a new MYLÉ pod, you need to do a stronger first puff. MYLÉ recommends not to inhale sharply to avoid the liquid getting into the vape chamber. It is also not recommended to bite or squeeze the mouthpiece. This can cause the pod to leak or liquid to enter the chamber. When installing the MYLÉ pod, it is not recommended to apply strong pressure or squeeze the pod on the sides.
